† Simple Access Accountholders will have access to a $100 fixed Simple Access Overdraft Protection Limit (“Overdraft Protection Limit”) if qualifications are met. The Overdraft Protection Limit may be used to pay transactions including Checks, preauthorized automatic debits, Online Banking transactions, telephone-initiated transfers, and/or other electronic transfers during our End of Day Processing when you do not have enough money in your Account. It also may be used to authorize ATM withdrawals and one-time debit card transactions which exceed your Account’s Available Balance. There are no overdraft fees or returned item fees associated with the Simple Access Account or the Overdraft Protection Limit. All overdraft amounts must be paid immediately. If an Account is overdrawn in excess of forty-five (45) days, the Bank will review it to assess whether it should be charged off. Refer to your Deposit Account Rules and the Addendum for Simple Access for additional details and information on how to remove the Overdraft Protection Limit.
†† Faster funding claim is based on a comparison of our policy of making funds available upon receipt of payment instruction versus the typical banking practice of posting funds at settlement. Fraud prevention restrictions may delay availability of funds with or without notice. Early availability of funds requires payor’s support of direct deposit and is subject to the timing of payor’s payment instruction. 5 days faster funding claim is based on the Bank’s historical data and is limited to Federal tax return funds regarding when funds are received from the IRS. IRS processing times will not be affected. For up-to-date information from the IRS, visit www.irs.gov/refunds.
* Direct deposit is defined as an ACH credit transaction, such as payroll or other automatic transfer into your account. You may receive and access funds from ACH credits of $25,000 or less up to two (2) business days early. Early Direct Deposit (ACH) Access allows availability to eligible direct deposit (ACH) credits up to two (2) business days prior to the scheduled payment date; however, we are dependent on the timing of your payor’s payment instructions and therefore you may not always see your direct deposit (ACH) credit arrive early. Fraud prevention restrictions may delay availability of funds with or without notice. This benefit will be provided at no cost, and no action is needed to take advantage of Early Direct Deposit (ACH) Access.
** Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Usage and qualification requirements apply for Mobile Deposit.
*** Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. If you are turning off your card because of fraud you will still need to call the bank to close the card and order a new one. Turning off your card in Card Alerts and Controls only prevents the card from being used as long as it is turned off.
1 Does not include transactions conducted through an ATM. POS transactions in a Pending status at the end of your statement cycle are not included.
