When using any Allpoint, MoneyPass, Presto or SUM ATMs, Republic Bank debit/ATM cardholders will not be charged a surcharge. Blocked Areas for Debit Card Fraud

To minimize the concern of cardholders and risk to the bank, Republic Bank has blocked certain countries, states and merchants due to possible fraudulent activity/scams with our Debit Cards. Click here for more info.

To report a lost or stolen Republic Bank Debit Card, please call 502-540-5363
or 1-888-540-5363. After regular business hours, please call 1-800-500-1044.

Mastercard SecureCode enhances your current Republic Bank Debit Card account to protect against unauthorized use of your Republic Bank Debit Card when you shop at participating merchants. Your card is registered with this additional protection at the time of opening.

One-Time Passcodes

Republic Bank may use a One-Time Passcode to verify your identity as an added protection against online fraud. During online shopping when a transaction presented is considered high risk, you may be asked to authenticate using a one-time passcode. This one-time password will be sent to your mobile device. Once received, you will enter the code on the merchant’s website in the “Enter One-Time Passcode” field. Once confirmed, the transaction will be approved.
