The associates of Republic Bank are key to our success as an organization. Business Resource Groups (BRGs)
Republic Bank’s Business Resource Groups (BRGs) are associate-led, voluntary groups that offer opportunities to network internally and externally, attract a diverse associate base, and provide the inclusion of ideas and solutions to the diverse community that makes up Republic Bank. These groups consist of associates who have common interests, experiences, or backgrounds, along with the allies who support them. Our BRGs:
- Empower us to build a more inclusive culture
- Help us more effectively recruit, onboard, develop, and retain talent
- Enable us to better understand the diverse needs of our consumers
In order to build this inclusive culture and way of doing business, it is important to learn about others’ experiences. Associates can also become Allies to learn and better understand the struggles others face and use their voices and actions to help. Our Allies:
- Seek to understand
- Take on a group’s struggles as their own
- Show up and be an advocate, even when it’s uncomfortable
- Help others gain the opportunities and advantages that they have

CAREGIVERS BRG
The CAREGIVERS BRG is an associate-led, voluntary group that offers caregiver assistance, resources, education and support through empowerment, solutions and education.

The Conexion BRG is an associate-led, self-directed, voluntary group that offers opportunities to network internally, to connect with our heritage and people within our communities. We aim to build a more inclusive and vibrant culture internally, to assist the Hispanic community in reaching their financial goals, and to drive external partnerships and business opportunities.

The Emerge BRG is an associate-led, voluntary group that strives to give new and current associates an opportunity to network and build relationships through support, engagement, and education of the bank.

NIA BRG
The NIA BRG is an associate-led, self-directed, voluntary group that offers opportunities to network internally and attract a diverse associate base. NIA is open to all Associates and focuses on acknowledging, supporting, and uplifting the Black experience. The membership is made up of Black Republic Bank associates and their allies who work together to build a more inclusive and equitable work environment at the Bank so that the Bank can help build a more inclusive and equitable community.

PRIDE BRG
The PRIDE BRG is an associate-led, self-directed, voluntary group that offers opportunities to network internally, attract a diverse associate base, discuss ideas of new inclusion initiatives, and provide educational resources that will strengthen the inclusion and diversity efforts regarding topics pertaining to the LGBTQ+ community.

VETS BRG
The Veterans BRG is an associate-led, self-directed, voluntary group that recognizes the value Veterans bring to the workplace. The mission of the Veterans BRG is to serve as a strategic partner with Republic Bank by promoting a work environment that allows veterans to thrive in our culture by creating a positive and inclusive environment through increased learning, employee engagement, internal networking, and community involvement. To elevate awareness of veterans’ issues, provide mentoring and support to veteran employees, and share information concerning veteran initiatives.

WOMEN’S BRG
The Women’s BRG is an associate-led, that strives to help women realize their full potential through personal and professional development, networking, idea sharing, volunteerism and more, with the goal of promoting and supporting women in our organization, in the community, and in the markets in which we do business.
Our Clients
We provide our diverse client base with the same quality client experience across the board. We are doing this every day through our multi-language services and materials, and ongoing improvements to the accessibility of our banking center locations and all other client contact points. Our expanded contact center, interactive teller machines, and online banking channels give our clients access to Republic Bank when and how they need it.
Our Community
Republic Bank is a community bank, and it’s important to give back to the communities where our clients and associates live and work. We embrace our responsibility as a community business, and the opportunity to create more resilient and sustainable communities through not just our dollars but also volunteer hours. We believe that our communities are stronger when we support one another.
